⁠On Thursday, February 5th, Prime Time: Flavors of the Bay takes over La Mar for a one-night-only collaboration with @selbysrestaurant and @hogislandoysterco for an intimate, chef-driven experience, curated for the city’s most anticipated weekend along the Waterfront Patio.⁠

⁠Designed as a refined addition to Super Bowl weekend, the culinary teams from La Mar, Selby’s, and Hog Island Oyster Co. have crafted a six-course, land-and-sea menu celebrating the best of the Bay with local ingredients and meticulous technique. Expect Petrossian Royal Daurenki caviar, Santa Barbara spot prawns, Norway king crab, black truffles, and Snake River Farms ribeye, paired with exceptional wines and a curated whiskey finale featuring Pappy Van Winkle 10-Year.⁠
