Port of Oakland and Jack London Square presents “Summer Fun on the 4th,” an exciting event from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. The event includes an R&B, Motown and soul music concert by Splick Da’Groove and the Everyday People, additional entertainment, a trivia contest, giveaways, and a kid's craft activity.
