What to Expect
The first Saturday of every month, from April through October, La Mar’s expert chefs and bartenders will guide you through the delicate art of preparing two of Peru’s most iconic dishes. You’ll learn how to craft the perfect cebiche — the traditional seafood dish that has captivated taste buds around the world with its bright, zesty flavors. Then, you’ll dive into the world of pisco, Peru’s national spirit, as you learn the techniques to mix the perfect pisco sour, a cocktail that is as refreshing as it is flavorful.
